Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at help@caseculture.in
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines and consumer protection laws.
